| I sure hope poor Belle is going to be fine now that she's being treated. Although gross, and nasty it happens ..  I can't imangine how much pain she was in.

|  That poor baby! I have a 11 year old yorkie and I would absolutely FREAK out if something was wrong with her. That is absolutely wrong! OMG! Poor thing!!I am so glad you were there to help her!! Bless you! |

| Wow I don't know if I am more upset or angry! First of all thank you for taking care of little Belle. I just don't understand how the owner could leave her knowing she wasn't feeling well. To me, leaving a sick dog is like leaving your child when sick. They are completely helpless and need us to care for them. I feel that people that cant take the time to care for their animals, don't deserve to own animals. I can understand that she may have been under a lot of stress with getting a divorce but still she should have made sure little Belle was ok before she left or at least tell her husband that Belle needs to see a vet. Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if she received treatment early on. Anyways, you are a wonderful person for making sure Belle received treatment and I am happy to hear that she is doing fine.  |

| I wonder if the husband would be open to letting a rescue take her. It sounds like he has a full plate right now.

| Found out Belle is only 9 not 12 today, and i checked on her , she is doing allot better today thank god ! And she actulally belongs to the 15 yr old son, and he just totaly adores her, he told me today he got her when he started Kindergarden. Not a chance him giving her up. The best thing i can do is keep an eye on her, and i told him anytime he needs help with her i would be here. Thanks for all your responses and concerns for this little girl Belle !
