Okay so there is a long story with the car and i tell you I wish I could find somebody who would burn that damn thing for me...when I first started selling real estate I made the mistake of getting a job with a big real estate company as you all can imagine it was Century 21. At the time I was driving a 1988 delta 88 that I paid only $400 for and it was extra clean and drove like a cadillac I bought it off an old man, but when I started at Century 21 all of the agents there were driving mercedes and bmw's and do you know the broker to the company I was working for told me, he embarrassed me one day in front of everyone and told me if I wanted to make it in the real estate business I would think about getting a better car, first impressions are everything in the real estate world, if you don't look like you have money then people assume your not making any money because you do not know how to sell property, so like a dummy I went out and financed a 32,000 Camry fully loaded, i could be driving a bmw for that price, I financed it for 6 years and have 24 thousand left on my loan, I can't just sell it wish I could, and I can't just give it back then it would really ruin my credit which i'm trying to make better now. Thank god my car payment is only $325 a month my insurance is $256 a month I'm almost done with this loan just a couple more years like two more years and lets not forget I'm still selling real estate I know things are not going to be this bad for too long but my thing is Charlie can't wait for things to get better he needs help now. I might if anything put my condo up for sale, I cannot refinance I already did that when I was out of a job those 7 months, and I do not have any equity to take out I just refinanced so I might just sell but how long is it going to take to sell my condo when the market is bad??? | |

| ![]() Sounds to me like the bottom line is you can't afford his needs, so give him to the rescue and let them take care of him...

| ![]() Yes my grandparents that is whY i'm thinking of selling my condo but even then it would take to long to sell, I'm going to put it on the market tomorrow I've spoken to my broker who will allow me to keep all of the commission off of my condo sale, I just hope it sells in a week, my grandparents love my babies, they have a room already set up for my babies because I gave my very first baby Gucci to them, so they already know the yorkie breed and they are excited for me to come stay with them, like I said earlier I will do WHATEVER IT TAKES TO HELP MY BABY!!! |

| ![]() Thank you for that post, it's not like I bought my babies knowing I couldn't take care of them, there was no warning signs the market was crashing it just crashed one day and I found myself not making any money. 2003-2006 were my best years in real estate but 2007 and 08 were the worste years of my life. I never thought I would be in this situation, even before real estate I didn't expect any of my babies to have a serious condition that cost more than 500 to fix. Who thinks of that?? who says to themselves oh next month my baby might be diagnosed with something really serious I better save some money. I have a fund for my babies, I usually keep about $3000 saved just for their care but I can give you my bank account number that is how empty my account is now, there will be nothing for you to steal, but had this been two, three years ago, my baby would of been had his surgery no if's and's or but's about it, just like in 2006 when Sabrina needed a c-section, I paid it no problem didn't even think twice about it, but that was 2006 this is 2008 and things for me have drastically changed. |

| ![]() I am so sorry your having to experienceall of this stress. I am thinking that maybe you could go the route of having him as a service animal. What you could do is go to your primary care doctor and tell them you need a letter for you dog stating the he is a service animal. You do not need to tell the doctor about him needing surgery. Tell the doctor that The dog helps you with your emotional needs, and anxiety. The dog provides you with keeping your emotions and feeling balanced, and you less stressed out because you have him. i hope that this does not seem dishonest or anything, but, If it could help you and Your Dog, perhaps it is worth a try. ![]() My Yorkie pup was got for a service dog, and it actually was not too hard to do. Service dogs, or emotional support animal are there because they serve a a unquie purpose. If your doctor is willing to write the letter then I hope he could have the surgery..... Best wishes to you ![]() |
