| Oh man, I feel for you! Little Brooke got ringworm 2 weeks after I brought her home! She gave it to me, and both my chihuahuas!! What a pain trying to get rid of it, baths & stinky dips and medicine for months. I sort of know what you are going through! I'm glad you got a diagnosis and now you see the light a the end of the 3 month tunnel! Good Luck to you and Louie!

| Sounds like you are on the right track with his treatment. The invermectin is bitter, so I would make sure to have a snack ready after putting it in his mouth. Your case is exactly the same as Charlie's, misdiagnosis for allergies. He also had yeast in his paws when I adopted him, chewed his feet. Vet did a swab between his toes, and there was yeast. Special shampoo took away the itch. Take care and soon his skin will look so much better. -Deborah

| I am pleased to hear that the vet's are making some headway. Praying that treatment will soon solve the problem. You are in my thoughts. Sheilagh
