| Missing female yorkie There is a small female yorkie missing on Padre Island, just south of Corpus Christi Texas. If there is anyone else on YT that lives close to here and hears of anything please let me know as I have the phone number. They say it is a "traditional colored yorkshire terrier and she is very small." She is missing from their backyard. I don't know her name as I got the info from a neighbor. Thanks for your help!

I could not believe it when I heard the news. My good friend lives out on the island and her neighbor has the cutiest little girl yorkie. Every time I bring Addy out to her house they would run up and down the fenceline barking and wagging their tails at eachother. Now saddly she is gone! I'm pretty sure she had a doggy door to go in and out of and the family thinks she may have been let out by a meter man. The houses there are all an canals so it would be hard for her to get very far. I am hoping for her safe return! Thanks for your support!

| Oh my .... Well my hubby works for the electric company and if her baby was let out by a meter man it needs to be reported immediately.. They are a good resource....They will have on record who read that meter and maybe he can tell you if the dog was there when he was there... You may never get the truth but then again if you were in our district where my hubby works you would know and he also would alert all his guys to be on the look out for the yorkie as well... tell her to talk to postman and meter man and water man.. they are good valuable resource people they are in neighborhoods all day...... If for some reason you have 100% proof meter man did let your dog out.. she may could have her baby replaced or advertisement paid for in search of the baby.. Has she posted a reward if found? If not she needs to do that! I know replacing is not the same but it would be in good faith that they accepted the responsibility of letting it out and it might could help with her grieving process maybe? Vicki

| That is very good info to know! I don't know if they are for sure that is what happned, but I'll pass the word along. I know when we have service men and women over I get very nervous that one of my little ones will try and pull a hoodini and ecsape! That is why we don't have a doggie door! Thank you again for all of your help!

I know some yters are good detectives. I'm trying to help find a lost yorkie here in Iowa - it is hard work. Praying for success there!!
