| Lily is in surgery, the vet called and said all is going well but they may put her in ICU after the surgery is over do to her glucose level but assures me she is ok at this point. They will call me around 2:00 and tell me how she is recovering from anesthesia.

| sending prayers and good thought your way... I know this has to be so nerve wracking.. I also know the feeling when a furbutt is on the vets for a stay and how helpless we can feel... keep us informed on how Lily is doing...hugs to you !!!!!! |

| Lily made it out of surgery ok, they said she did well. I waited around all day, they called at 7:00pm and asked if they could put her in ICU. I am upset I was not informed she was having problems earlier. They said they wanted to put her in ICU because her glucose is not stable she will not eat or drink, they say she will be fine though. I just want to take her home, I know she can not be comfortable there, she will not eat if she is uncomfortable. I am ready for this all to be over. The vet said when she comes home she will have soft bandages on and be taking medicam. They will not tell me until tomorrow when I am allowed to bring her home.
