I think the consensus is he ate something bad ![]() ![]() As far as stress, he did get wet and chilled both Thursday and Friday, do you think that could have weakend his system enough to cause something that may not have given him a problem otherwise? This is a good lesson for everyone that these little guys are so fragile!

| ![]() I went and picked up little Ranger-danger from the vet this evening, he was so happy to be back in mommy's arms!!! I had to immediately give his little bum a bath, and then was able to feed him a tablespoon of canned "low-residue" food, which he will get every two hours until 10PM. He is STARVING!!!!!! He is so sleepy right now, and looks just exhausted. I am so happy to have him home, I missed him horribly. I have to go back to the vet in the AM, where she can give him antibiotic injection (don't want to give it orally b/c of the upset) and she will also give him another dose of meds, which will defeat any wierd bacteria such as Giardia (sp??) or others (maybe the "dog show crud") but she feels confident he will do well, as he has done so well the last 10 hours. Thanks for everyone's support, I needed it. Love you guys!!!!

| ![]() Glad to hear Ranger is doing better. These babies are our children. So if you prefer to take him to some vet over another, then do it! Biggest thing would be getting copies of all records. |

| ![]() So glad he is home. My Vet also said that it could have been a number of things that TJ was eating at the time: poop/dust/carpet/chewing on the wood moldings and doors....etc.... They are little buggers - TJ is now 3 and hasn't had any of his episodes for about 1.5 yrs - but I'll tell ya, if there's something on the floor - he will find it ![]() |
