| Guess I should have read....... the whole thread! She should be fine! You wouldn't believe how those little dogs would act when the owners would come and pick them up! You wouldn't have thought there was a thing wrong! They're tuff little cookies!

| I tried to post the photo and it is in the profile, but not under the posting. How do I get it to post when I send a message or reply to a posting? |

| Coco is doing so well!! I am so pleased. Even with the bandage on she is walking around. She is acting as if nothing has been done. The vet will be taking the stitches out in two weeks, so I guess that is when the bandage will come off. Hopefully, she will take it easy after the bandage comes off. |

| Just found your thread - first of all, glad to hear the surgery went well! Sending lots of get well wishes Coco's way Last summer, Gabby, tore her ACL on her right hind leg....not sure how she did it but she did! Surgery was less than $1000 and it took her almost 8 weeks to begin putting pressure on the leg. Do what the vet says and in no time, she'll be back to her normal, playful self

| I guess New York prices are on the high side. It cost me $2300!! But if that will make her feel better and she is able to walk on all four legs it's worth it. We just won't eat for 6 months (LOL). We all know that when it comes to our babies, we would do anything for them. That's just how it is! |

| I had coco's bandage removed today and now she can't wait at all. She is not even hoping on her three legs. I don't know how she is going to go to the bathroom. I have been carrying her around. How long does it take for them to start walking? I don't know what do. She was much better last week when I brought her home, which was a day after the surgery. Any feed back is appreciated. Thanks Cheryl |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Glad to hear she got her bandages off. It's been so long since I had a dog that had the surgery, but maybe she was on pain meds right after the surgery and she didn't feel the pain. I would call your vet and see what they say.
