Great slide show!! Just rejoicing with you for Bleu's new found freedom! Well not that any of us would wish this surgery on any other pet owner, but it would be interesting to know that Bleu was part of veterinary medicine history.

It was so good to see you again on Thursday...thank you again for the bed, as soon as my hubby put it together, Kylie was the first one on it, of course she always claims anything new right away. :D

I am so glad to hear that Bleu is doing so good without the cast, that is such great news!!! When he is fully released I hope we will see him at our next yorkie playdate!!

So happy for you!!! Vicki, when I look at all of the pics you have posted on Bleu's myspace page they bring tears to my eyes. I know exactly how you felt with going through so much everyday. I also know now that you are finally able to take a breather and relax and enjoy Bleu. I have spent many weeks/months at a time worrying with my girls so I can relate.
There were times when I could not stay focused at work. The worrying was constant. We have an upcoming specialist appt next week with my girls. I have several threads posted on them and the issues we have dealt with. Basically next weeks appt is going to be a "starting over" with labs and urinalysis. My girls were on way too many medications. They have been doing well and I am axiously waiting for next week and good results.

But, I wanted to let you know we were thinking of you and Bleu. :-)
So.... happy he is doing great! You will still worry with him I'm sure.
Just because you will want him to be safe when he plays or if anyone handles him. and that's ok. At least it won't be the "worried sick" feeling you have just been through. That kind of worrying realllly takes a toll on us. I'm so happy he is doing great!
