An anal sacculectomy can be a tricky procedure so if your vet isn't that experienced with it i would take charlie to a specialist to have it done. When i was working at a regular practice the vet had only done a few and she was nervous about the outcome (all the dogs did fine btw) because if its done wrong you can cause incontinence.

Thank you , He is much better, He will go back to the vet wed, but for now all the swelling is gone and he is pooing normal Yahhhh

Yeah Charlie!! Hope he continues to do well and doesn't need surgery!! I worry about those stupid anal glands all the time. I haven't figured out how to do it myself and the vet wants 30.00 to do it.
