Rudy-- Came with the name
Cindy-- Came with her name

Gabriel (Gabe)-- Named after the angel
Michael-- Named after the angel
Faith-- Christian reasons
Hope -- Christian reasons
Grace (Gracie) for christian reasons

My hubby is a pastor so we have been trying for Christian names.
Gabe, Rudy, Cindy, Faith, Gracie are my fur children still at home.

We took in a pot bellied pig named Gideon. LOL

Gizmo is named after Gizmo from the Gremlins!

When I get my next yorkie his name will be Scout from To Kill a Mockingbird.

bailie is named after baileys irish cream yumyum , sonny is, well i call him my wee son .... and beau is when dh seen her for first time, and said her ears looked like a bow but i spelt it beau, which i was wrong as it is a males name which i never knew at the time ....

I have a Cpt. Jack Sparrow also - we named him that because we have an all black kitty named Black Pearl - so now we have Black Pearl and Cpt. Jack. We call him Jack for short.

But Jackson was actually named after Johnny Cash's song.

but now that Micheal Jackson died, most people think that's who
he's named after, which isn't a bad thing cuz I love MJ!

I can't remember if I have posted here already, either, but Meg was named after Megatron from Transformers.

My DH was hesitant to get such a small dog (Meg was ~1 lb when we took her home), and had always imagined having a dog with a "big dog" name like Skull or Killer. I told him he was nuts, and that we might as well call her "Megatron" (Transformers 2 was just coming out), and... it stuck! We call her Meg for short.

And no, at the time I didn not realize that Megatron was the villian of the story.
