Since I'm only 22 and not married, and still in school...I'm gonna have to go w/ furbaby for now! But in the future I definitly want my own baby. I think it just all depends on what the person wants out of their life, and where they are at in life at the moment.

We have a furbaby for right now, we plan on having kids in a few years when our lives settle down a little more.

Dogs are easier to take care of! And they dont usually ask you for things!

I have been married 2.5 years, but no kids yet. And no kids in the near-near future either.....but eventually we would love two or three skin-babies. But not yet! For now, our careers and Sully keep us busy and very happy

But, I voted both because one day I do want both. Just not yet!

I have 5 girls, 11yr,10yr,6yr,3yr, and 18 mos. I also have 6 dogs, 1 yorkie,1s**tuz, 1 dauchsund, 2 cockerspaniels. My kids and dogs have always gotten along they were all raised with each other. Some days it is a real handful but I think I would feel the same way if I had just one or the other. Oh I forgot to mention that I also have horses, goats, rabbits, chickens, cockiteils and parakeets, and a turtle and some fish that I also take care of.

I have three skin and one puppy and one kitty.

You can't compare the two...they are both blessings of different kinds. My furbaby Lex is great but there is no comparing to my three children.

I agree with teri88. Had the kids 1st. They're now 17 and 14. Got Furbaby about 1 1/2 years ago. Can't compare! lol. Furbaby gives unconditional love, and it's true, no answering back, asking for money, and no teenage drama! If I knew then what I know now, I probably would've have a dozen more furbabies! lol. They are sooooo much easier ! AND, they're happy to see you when you come home! lol!

i have a 6 yr old and a 1yr old skin babies and i have one furbaby Peeka 9 weeks and i tend his brother Boo during the day so it's like i have 2 furbabies

OUCH

Tough call!!!

Our skinbaby came first (love her to death.....okay, can live without the teen attitude) and when I wanted another child.....DH told me to buy "that" dog I have been wanting - which, of course, was a Yorkie!

We have one skinbaby and one Yorkie and two other dogs! They are all our kids and play a big role in our family!
