| I have yet to fly with Schatzie but my daughter recently flew w/ her puppy and had a wonderful experience. I believe I've also read previous posts from members who have flown w/ their furbabies and didn't have any problems. Stewie taking the big white bird outta town??? Schatzie wants to go too!

| I flew with Keeley a few months ago, I was totally freaked out. But it went great. The vet gave me a light sedative (which was more of an anxiety med) and he did great. We had a lot of fun on the plane, everyone thought he was so cute!! I'll do it again soon. |

| I flew to AZ from NC when I went to pick up my newest yorkie addition. The experience was pretty good, so I would do it again. Maria

| Since we have been in Colorado, I have to fly frequently with Toto. I won't say that she will ever enjoy being tucked under the seat, but she tolerates it! Now the terminals are totally different stories! I let her have the top of her carrier open and she loves to watch everyone from her little perch and everyone loves to see her! I always try to book the shortest flights, but it seems like there just aren't any that are less than 6-8 hours! Sometimes with delays, overbookings, etc., we are likely to have layovers and have been on planes or in airports for 15-16 hours! Toto has become quite the little trooper. She will not use her pad no matter what I try until we are either in our rental car or hotel. I always put her little diaper on in case of an accident in her carrier but she has yet to use it! She is such a sweetheart but I don't like her going that many hours without going pee. Poor baby ... when we get home she literally flies to her x-pen and leaps onto her pad and seems to pee forever with the sweetest little look of relief on her face!!

| I too have flown with my chi's and haven't had any serious problems. They have had to hold it for up to 10 hours but I figure that isn't any different then when they sleep in their kennels for 9 hours. I am planning another trip at the end of the month! I love taking my pup with me wherever I go!

| I've flown with Carter, Cooper and Sebastian. We had good experiences each time. Carter was probably the most difficult -- he's more spoiled than the other two. Be sure you make your reservation for the dog as soon as you're ready to make your own reservation because they only allow a certain number of pets per flight (and the number depends on the aircraft type). A health certificate may be required . . . better to be safe than sorry but arriving at the airport and having the CSR ask for the certificate and not allowing you to board without it. Be prepared for delays and cancellations. Make sure you have enough pee pads in the event you have to stay overnight in a hotel. Make sure you have enough food for the pup as well. Flying with your pet isn't as stressful as you would think. Lisa

| Nope, unfortunately I don't think I'll ever fly with Bailey. Any time we take trips we take them with us (when we're driving) but when we've flown, they've had to stay home.. |

| My husband and I have not taken a trip since we have gotten Brie. He probably wouldn't want to take her on our vacations bc it is time to get away.

| I used to fly with Crystal alot and never any problems but I would never do it unless she were on board with me....my breeder had her pretty much used to flying all over the country. It can slow you down abit though and getting them out to pee on lay overs when there is nothing but cement and side walk is a job.

| i dont think i could ever fly with lexi,, she's just crazy, she would not stay in her crate and if i took her out, she would want to go all over the plane to say hi to everyone on there... she would not sit still.. so i guess i cant go away either...unless grandman babysits for me..
