Since we have been in Colorado, I have to fly frequently with Toto. I won't say that she will ever enjoy being tucked under the seat, but she tolerates it!
Now the terminals are totally different stories! I let her have the top of her carrier open and she
loves to watch everyone from her little perch and everyone
loves to see her! I always try to book the shortest flights, but it seems like there just aren't any that are less than 6-8 hours! Sometimes with delays, overbookings, etc., we are likely to have layovers and have been on planes or in airports for 15-16 hours! Toto has become quite the little trooper. She
will not use her pad no matter what I try until we are either in our rental car or hotel. I always put her little diaper on in case of an accident in her carrier but she has yet to use it! She is such a sweetheart but I don't like her going that many hours without going pee. Poor baby ... when we get home she literally flies to her x-pen and leaps onto her pad and seems to pee forever with the sweetest little look of relief on her face!!
