I'm a day (weeks!) late to the party because I couldn't motivate myself to get a fresh sunset, but here are a few I found in my files.

The beach is St. Croix, Virgin Islands. The others are Denali National Park, Alaska.

Possible topics for next time: Shadows, wildlife. Or something that gets us back to Yorkies -- head tilt? Tongue shot? (We might have done tongues).

Same here, wildlife for me gets about as wild as bunnies and birds. LOL

Bunnies and birds are wild, too! LOL, some of the best wildlife shots I've take have been of squirrels

I have taken some pics of "squirrels" that are pretty wild...........I guess family doesn't count though huh? ROFL

Anyway, glad we decided on wildlife, birds and bunnies are about all I can get right now. Had an emergency appendectomy last Thur, can't drive to go anywhere, and can barely walk, so sitting on my patio, I am limited to those things that tend to present themselves, which tends to be birds and bunnies. LOL

It has been a bit uncomfortable, but I am hoping it will be all better soon. I return to work on Monday, so am trying to make myself have more activity so I will be ready. Thanks~

a couple shots I have gotten during my "recovery time"
1st - some wrens that had made a nest on my patio, they flew away a couple days later

2nd- a hummingbird that decided my sprinkler was really fun to play in

3rd - a dove that landed on our bird bath.

the nest was in a friends flower pot, and the last picture, the baby cardinal picture was taken with my 200mm lens. It was in a Bradford pear tree so it was not a giant tree, I just happened to get a good angle on him.

I want to play! lol Well since I just saw this thread and last week was sunsets..I'll show one of those and one "wildlife" pic. There is not much wildlife here except in the ocean. lol

1st pic was actually taken with my phone. Outdoor wedding a week ago at Lanikohonua.

2nd pic my son and his 400+lb. Marlin My wildlife contribution. lol This was also taken with my hubby's not too good Canon elf.

I have a Canon Rebel XTi that I will now share pics with.

Here are a few shots of the "wildlife" I have in my garden. Not too impressive, but it is "wildlife"
