We don't have snow here, but I *love* seeing snow in pics or on TV . They look like they're having so much fun -- great pictures!

Those are awesome! Love the ice shot and the frost clinging to the trees.

And Stacy, you can't buy memories like that -- their first time in the snow

I really like this thread! Wish more people would take part...I love looking at the pictures. Well, like a great deal of the south, we are in a deep freeze right now! Didnt get a lot of snow this time but ice is everywhere...so here are some shots i took this morning from the porch....Donna you and i have the same ideas i guess!! lol love the berries with ice! I also am throwing in a few of the furbutts keeping warm!!

Nice! Especially like the frozen berry shot. Something you don't see every day! The weather in the South sounds miserable from what I'm seeing in the papers.

We had a cold snap, so the hoarfrost is everywhere. Here's a few attempts at catching that along with a hand-held depth of field experiment.

wow! nice shots Mike! Love the depth of field! Good job! I especially like the middle one! Youve got a lot of snow there! Yeah, it is really cold for us here...very much below the norm for temps! Hey, i start up my new classs tomorrow night! Cant wait...this class will be in manual settings and lighting..looking forward to it!! Hope you and the family are well!!

I'm soooo jealous of the lighting class. That's one I never took and wish I had.

Eddie insisted on a private walk today -- he hid under the bed when I walked the other two and took the previous pictures. So here are some pics from Eddie's walk.

The last shot cracks me up. Looks like Lane is colder than E. 2nd! Fortunately, I live on E. 2nd.

awww....always love seeing Eddie!! Such handsome boy!! Cool shot with the moon! Too funny with the street signs!! Thank God you live on the the warmer street!! lol

Wow! You did get some snow. Great shots. And I'm very impressed with the focus ability on berries. Much better than the attempt at muffins.

Looks like they're tolerating the booties ok, too.

I am really impressed by ALL the winter pictures. It inspires me to do better.

Those of you who take classes. Do yo go through a college, or where do you find the classes? I need to check out our jr. college for this kind of thing. I think I would enjoy something like that.
