| I have some white foam board, that I use to mount prints for framing, I'll give that a try. I also have some quilt batting, wondering how that would work for diffusing. |

I have some saved links about using lighting, like you are, and then bouncing it back on your subject...both using "big" bounces (ie, for large, standing, human subjects) and small subjects (ie, like food or macro)...so I will post a separate thread for that after I find my links .

| Love the pics and tips Mike, of course that little model of yours is to die for CUTE!!! Another good way to bounce flash if you have an external flash and it doesn't tilt as you want it to, is to set it up on a tripod off to the side of your subject and run the ttl cord to your camera. Gives a nice option for other angles of lighting
