Oh sure...the foam board and white fabrics will work too. I have some saved links about using lighting, like you are, and then bouncing it back on your subject...both using "big" bounces (ie, for large, standing, human subjects) and small subjects (ie, like food or macro)...so I will post a separate thread for that after I find my links
