| My family gave up trying to cook for Thanksgiving. We go out for Chinese. It's also usually lunch, so after eating Chinese for lunch, I"m hungry again by 3pm. And then NOTHING is open but fast food. SAD.

| You might have better luck with liverwurst or braunschweiger. Maybe even at the deli counter. The Pate I find in with the gourmet cheeses usually.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | We have Thanksgiving about noon time. lol so later in the evening. Can have turkey sandwiches. lol I am half Italian so our meal always had a pasta dish. By the time you got to the turkey you were full lmao. So we finally dropped the pasta after the family got smaller. We used to have about 30-40 people for sit down dinner. But we also have a sausage stuffing |

Austin would be happy! Quote:
1 pkg of hash towns (cubed or shredded either one works. I prefer shredded) 2 cups shredded cheese 1 can cream of chicken 1 8oz sour cream Onion (optional) 1/2 stick of butter Mix sour cream, butter, cream of chicken, onion, and cheese. Then add hash browns. Spread in a 9 x 13 dish. Cook 425 until browned and bubbly. You can add unsweetened corn flakes crushed up on the top too. If you do that increase butter to 1 stick and put the other half once you top with the corn flakes. So do same as above, top with crushed corn flakes, then spoon remaining butter on top. Cook the same. Make sense?
