Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Get portobellos and marinate them. Then chop them. They will have a meaty texture without the meat. I am the first one to say mushrooms yuck. Now I say I don't like button mushrooms. I love portobellos. Yum |

| A prayer of forgiveness and future harmony wrapped in a bundle with whole leaf tobacco and white sage over it to control the smell, often its inside the center peice, there for the meaning not to make a show. I've a semi or full blown volgure sense of humor we say Happy Small Pox Day between a few of us, but often some guests and now Derik take serious offense or just get very uptight.

| Calling Floridians!!! I would LOVE a fabulous Key Lime Pie!!! I usually just buy one....cant even remember the name of the one I get but it is delicious....but my cousin came one year....they lived in the Keys, and she did her original Key Lime Pie, with real Key Limes.....dont know if it was the real Key Limes, or what, but that pie is forever engraved on my mind....It was drop dead delicious! I always like to have a Key Lime pie or Lemon Bars to kind of "cleanse the palate"!!! |

Ingredients Authentic Florida Key Lime Pie 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 3 egg yolks 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice 1 9-inch baked pie shell Whisk the egg yolks into the condensed milk. Take some lime juice, and don't rush it. Stir a bit and then add more juice, and then stir again and so on. Just keep on doing it until you find that a thickness is starting to develop in the mixture. Get your scraper or spoon, and spread it into the pie shell. Don't worry about making it too even, and then allow it time to cool down and chill. If you have a bit of time left, then you could well give it a bit of a flourish, by using the egg whites that you have left, to make meringue for the top of the Key lime pie. And bear in mind that you wanted the Authentic Key Lime Pie Recipe, as you will get asked by people whether you have any whipped cream for it. Well unless you have a Delorean parked outside that you can use as a time-machine, then just smile and tell them "No, this is the real stuff. Just like the conchs first made it. Whipped cream hasn't been invented yet!" And there you have it, the one and only authentic Key Lime Pie Recipe. But you just need one more ingredient to make it spot on. And that's a one way ticket to the Florida Keys....go on, you know you want to!

| Oh Thank you sooo much!!! This is my favorite pie and the "real original thing" is absolutely unbeatable!! Thank you for sharing this treasure with me!! This will be part of my traditional family dinners for the Thanksgiving/Christmas meals from this day forth! And you are sooooo right about a visit to the Keys! We did go visit my cousin and his wife when they lived there....they rented an adorable little cottage for several years, but I cant remember the name of the street...I just remember when I arrived in my huge pick up truck, it did not fit in their driveway! Regardless, what a wonderful time we had! I remember the bar where everyone was "au natural"....except ME!!! No one sees this body naked but me and, reluctantly, God! | Still haven't tried Key Lime pie, even though we had TWO slices of it to go. I'm so eh about desserts, even if you gave me a spoonful of some, and put it by my mouth, I still usually will say no thanks. LOL
