Weekends are really hard! My family gets together all the time and the main concern is what are we eating LOL. We went to my cousins college football game on Saturday in Philly and we ate at Bobby Flay's Burger Palace. Instead of a burger on a bun I got it on a bed of lettuce and it was delicious!:D

Faux Weight Watchers is gonna throw me to the curb...I have gained 2 lbs!!! Dang it I do better when I am not "dieting" :(

I agree I do better when I am not dieting that's why I decided I am not. I don't write things down. I was considering WW and decided not to do it. I am going to take it day by day and just be aware of the foods that I eat. I am choosing apples over ice cream ect...I want to make it a lifestyle change and work on my discipline and views on food.

I am also exercising a lot more even if it's a light jog with Georgie which I just got back from.

It's probably water weight. I know you have been mindful of at least some of your meals. That wouldn't cause you to gain 2 pounds. Hang in there!!!

It could be those two pieces of cake I ate at the party Saturday:D but the were only like a 2" square each:p

I have'nt been on in a while, but I have to tell you I'm not doing so great. I've been really watching what I've been eating, plus I have been doing the stationary bike every day for about 15 min. and guess what? not a single pound has come off. Kind of discouraging would'nt you say.

That's what I am doing. Also, eliminating sodas has helped a lot! I have lost 5lbs but more importantly physically I feel much better already!

I have been really off/on with watching what I'm eating. I need to get motivated. I am up to 126 and not happy about it... Need to get focused on my goal! Crappy food just tastes soooo good :p

The past couple of days I've been really hungry. I'm not even sure it's really hunger so much as it is cravings:( Tomorrow will be week three. I'm down 7 to 7.5 lbs. That half of pound keeps fluctuating. Yesterday, I had 1/2 of piece of pizza and a cup of pasta with marinara. That was my treat. LOL. Today, I'm back on full again. I had a Morning Star Tomatoe Basil burger, no bread and a bananna, for breakfast/lunch. Still have cravings for carbs though:( I just try not to think about it. UGH.

I haven't been very good about checking in. I went to a follow up dr. appt on Monday was given the dreaded news. Out of the 4 (cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglicerides) 3 are at high levels. I got my first ever negative talk (his tone was much firmer than this sounds) from my dr. He's giving me 6 months to lower it through diet and exercise. Soooo, I've been doing cardio workouts on my treadmill. The preprogrammed kind. I'm actually enjoying them and I've started counting my calories.

I walked at a 3.9 pace for 4 miles. I have been fast walking and run - walking all week and i got on the scale and I lost 2 lbs. Im not really trying to lose weight because Im 110 lbs now however I have A belly and In trying to lose that and get healthy. Im now run - walking with a leukemia society training team and traing to run-walk a half marathon so give me luck I have alot of doubts I can do it

Yippy Sarah! I had a Scentsy party last night and resisted the temptation of a regular soda:) I exercised 4 days this week:) Everyone is doing great!

I'm so jealous that you guys have all that great cardio going. I'm still sitting on my a-- three weeks post of. I really thought my knee would be healed by now, but it's not. I'm getting very frustrated. The first time was a walk in the park. I was off crutches in 48 hours. Arthroscopic surgery, they say heals quick is blah blah blah and here I am three weeks and still on crutches. I go back the 3rd. I was told it was bad. I had three tears, stage III chondamalacia (Not even sure what that is) and severe ostio arthritis. He had to drill holes in my bone, and a bunch of other stuff. I'm sticking to my diet, although the past few days I've been craving carbs:( In a few days I'll weigh in again (at home) and see if I lost or gained anything. Right now I'd down 7 lbs. and five days into the third week. I can't wait to be able to at least walk. It's great weather here in NJ. Perfect walking weather. UGH.

Good luck! Thats what I do I take zumba and yoga classes then I run with a training group. It keeps me accountable and also you are out meeting people its fun
