Max Main's Mamma Donating YT Member | My Dad is a hunter and gave me Moose from his last hunting trip. It is moose steak???? I haven't built up the courage to figure out how to wiggle it in a recipe yet. I am thinking of putting it in DH's chili and seeing if he notices!

| Moose? I wonder how that would be?! Gamey? LOL People say lamb is gamey and I can't taste the "game" in it.

| I think I've had venison before. They make burgers out of that right? Our Fuddruckers here has exotic meat burgers and I've tried them all. I prefer beef or lamb, and they don't have lamb there. LOL

I recently tried buffalo. It was okay. Nothing special. I'm trying to get my courage up for something crazy like rabbit, squirrel or snake.
