Cast iron pan - help me choose

12" is pretty big! They sell an 8" and a 2" as well. Any bigger and it would be awkward.

Size does matter so I wonder if they have a bigger one, hmm

Oh they have a griddle, for the lines http://amzn.com/B00008GKDQ and it is indeed bigger.

These are probably close to at least 60-70 years old..from a yard sale (the lady was in her 60's and these belonged to her mother) and they had this beautiful black sheen when I snatched them up. The insides of all three skillets are as smooth as silk. I think it is from years of use
