				   | I think any liquor would work. I've seen them do it a bunch of times in movies. They pour rum or whiskey or whatever they have over their bullet wounds.

				   | You can use clove oil for a toothache...or even some whiskey. ![]() ![]() Straying off topic for a second... This is not use of a food, but I wanted to share anyways. You can use Preparation H under your eyes to take away the puffiness-really works, and they say models use it on their arms so they don't look like they're 'waving'. OK, sorry, back to topic.

				   | When you smoke clove ciggs. they make your mouth a little numb..so the clove oil thing makes sense. We also use hawaiian salt mixed with warm water to help ease a toothache. When our kids lose a tooth we also make them rinse their mouth with this mixture. Oh yeah egg shells and oyster shells for the garden also.

				   | If you get a splinter, rub some garlic on it -- the splinter will almost pull itself out. In the old days, carpenters used to always carry garlic in their pouches for this reason.

				   | lol not sure if that was the brand or what but I tried it when I was a teen. (An adult gave it to me ) LOL At least I didn't get hooked on it. It actually was pretty good. Brown little looking cigars. I am proud to say that I have been smoke free for almost 15 years! Went from 2 packs a day to quitting cold turkey.

				   | Really? How does that work? I wonder if it would work with metal splinters. I get those a lot.
