| Had sushi last night, shared a chirashi bowl and albacore salad Yum! Today had a mini chirashi with spicy tuna, ikura (salmon eggs) seaweed/Uni mix (in a jar, good find!) Tataki, topped with kewpie mayo and sweetened bonito flakes. Then I found lettuce and 2 slices of avocado on the bottom  |

 We cook it. It is the consistency of gelatin, no a little firmer. There are two kinds, one is plain, the other has rice bits in it. I like the one with the rice better, but can't say I really like it really. LOL
