| Woke up just feeling just reamed out, depleted and weak. Last meal yesterday was late lunch so I was hungry even when I went to bed last night. Wanted some fast fuel this a.m. so breakfast was a bit of Oroweat whole grain, whole wheat bread spread with Smucker's natural peanut butter with a drink of half-pint of TruMoo Chocolate milk with teaspoon of Ovaltine stirred in to chocolatize is even more. Smooth. Second childhood breakfast but I feel ready to go now. Amazing what a little food can do! Love me some Oroweat bread! Use it for meals, snacks, a bit for ready energy. Oroweat bread is some good stuff! And Tibbe wanted a lick of the class when I was done and he got it!

| LOL, it's italian, it's dough deep fried in oil with powered sugar on top. If you ever had funnel cake it tastes like that but not as oily as the funnel cake. A new Italian restaurant recently open close to me, not every Italian restaurant sells Zeppole's and these were no where near like the NY Zeppole', but they were delish since I haven't had one in the 16 years I am living in Pa.
