I got dinner started while I cooked breakfast

I swear I make this breakfast more oft than not but it really is my favorite! Fried potatoes with sausage and cabbage, today it was green cabbage and always with tons and tons of garlic and onions. I have mine with tapatio, slices of raw garlic on the side and a cup of coffee, yum!

The dinner I put in the oven at 200 degrees all day long was a delicious roast beef embedded with garlic, soaked in beef broth and cooked with halved yellow potatoes, onions and carrots. We had that with a spinach salad topped with purple onions, chopped tomatoes and walnuts with Bleu cheese dressing and a big delicious loaf of fresh French bread...I think im ready or that glass of red wine now!

Roast chicken stuffed with pork sausage meat, herbs, and loads of lemon...roast (garlicky!

) potatoes, sautéed leeks in butter then added peas....carrots and sweetcorn + gravy....sooooo yummy!!!

It's cold and dreary here so I'm wanting a bowl of chicken noodle soup. I'm making it right now, but I prefer my soup the next day, so I won't get to have any until then.

It is cold here, sleet and even a dusting of snow in Huntsville at intervals during this last week....cold again here on my side of town....I am making chicken and shrimp gumbo....I love gumbo when it is so cold outside! Baked sweet potato on the side...the pups LOVE the sweet potato, so I will do one for them to share while I eat.....BAD habit I have always had...feeding pups little bites along with us at mealtime.

Feeling boring that I just ate roast beef with carrots and potatoes again, lol. Came here for inspiration! Shrimp gumbo sounds great right now, been on a meatball kick lately and baking apple sausage pies. Uninspired today though. Today I want Chinese take out. I think I will just lay here in bed and pine for that....

Woops! Forgot to add....2 slices of cheese on toast with a fried egg on top, and Branston pickle smeared all over it - woo hoo....!!!!
