I got dinner started while I cooked breakfast

I swear I make this breakfast more oft than not but it really is my favorite! Fried potatoes with sausage and cabbage, today it was green cabbage and always with tons and tons of garlic and onions. I have mine with tapatio, slices of raw garlic on the side and a cup of coffee, yum!
The dinner I put in the oven at 200 degrees all day long was a delicious roast beef embedded with garlic, soaked in beef broth and cooked with halved yellow potatoes, onions and carrots. We had that with a spinach salad topped with purple onions, chopped tomatoes and walnuts with Bleu cheese dressing and a big delicious loaf of fresh French bread...I think im ready or that glass of red wine now!
