A grip of peanuts. I love pretty much any nut (except Brazil nuts... blech), but peanuts are my workhorse, with pecans and pistachios next.

Just had a bowl of bran flakes with a chopped banana and handful of sultanas chucked in

I was too naughty last week and put half a pound on so going to make the effort this week to be a Good Girl and eat sensibly & healthily
