|  Last meal I had was a salad from Chipotle, with barbacoa. Don't get that, it's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO salty, and I love salt! I should have stuck with my chicken.

| Trying to lose a few pounds so I can fit into this dress for a concert I wanna go to that I don't have tix for yet  so I'm gonna try to list everything I eat every day so I can be more truthful to myself.Today I had: Breakfast:huitlacoche quesadilla and some eggs (normally I would have added a taco or two to this) and three tortilla chips. Lunch: one grilled fish taco, and one grilled shrimp taco, did not eat the tortilla, but did have crema and salsa on it. For dinner I'm gonna try to just have some boiled eggs and quinoa salad, but I'll let you all know in the morning what really happened.  Plus I do have two drinks every night. That may be why I am gaining.

| Had bought my first bag of pork rinds yesterday on way back from doctor and really thought those first few quite tasty & tried not to think what they were. Today, the bag had to go in the trash. I made the mistake of letting one piece kind of partially dissolve in my mouth and there was this yucky, greasy, pig-smelly gunk seeping all through my mouth before I could do anything. GAG!!! You could just taste and smell the oily greasy pigginess of it and it was totally disgusting! Rushed as fast as I could and spit that junk out and tossed the bag. Never again!!! Toothbrushing and mouthwash haven't really helped get that eau de swine of my mouth and nose. That was early this afternoon and I only just managed to get some appetite back.

| Really? Chicharones nowadays don't have the layer of fat they once did. If you got those, those are SPECIAL! They used to come with a packet of salsa too. Those were the best! Now they are all skin, no fat, and low carbs. I wonder which ones you got? I love pork rinds.

| You know I never even noticed a name - just saw the package and grabbed them as I began setting groceries on the conveyor. They were light & crispy to just eat but once I was absorbed in something and sort of forgot to chew as I was reading yesterday, a piece of one in my mouth started to melt and got immediately highly stinky and oily piggy stuff just flooded my mouth and nose at once. I guess when they say "rinds" they mean they are made out the top layer of skin of a pig? Dried pig skin?
