You know I never even noticed a name - just saw the package and grabbed them as I began setting groceries on the conveyor. They were light & crispy to just eat but once I was absorbed in something and sort of forgot to chew as I was reading yesterday, a piece of one in my mouth started to melt and got immediately highly stinky and oily piggy stuff just flooded my mouth and nose at once. I guess when they say "rinds" they mean they are made out the top layer of skin of a pig? Dried pig skin?
