It's like a starch. But it's smooth and really good with milk and sugar. Kind of an aquired taste but if you like smooth and creamy you would like this.

From the few times i've tasted collard greens I loved it! I like the fact that it had ham in it.

Then again i'm a huge veggie fan, would go vegetarian if my family wasn't such carnivores.lol

Spanish green beans are browned hamburger with garlic salt, bay leaves, and fresh garlic. Add canned diced tomatoes and 1 small can tomato sauce. Add 1 or 2 cans green beans. Depends on how much you love green beans and simmer. We eat it over rice. It's kind of like a goulash. It's something I learned from my mil and we all love it.
