It really is so much healthier for you when you cut out all of those things! And there are so many fantastic low-carb recepies out there now that you don't even miss the bad carbs. I've been making cinnamon muffins and fried chicken (that's right, FRIED CHICKEN!)... the trick with that is soy flour lol! Having a support system is so important, even if it's with your fellow yorkie lovers! |
