| OMG!!! they are huge and adorable! Don't worry about the moving them to the cleaner box, she will freak if you do. You'd be amazed at how clean cats are during the delivery. After all my cat's litters there was never a spot anywhere. Just leave the box in the room, maybe put a blanket over half of the box to darken it. She'll move them when she's ready. I still can't believe how BIG those babies are!!!!!! She did SO good.Mow mow Flower!!!!!!!!!!! I'm used to babies that are t-tiny 2-3oz.

| By the pictures they look to be good size healthy babys. congrats. when they get a few weeks old and start playing and chasing each other, your gonna be in awww Thats such a fun and funny stage. Just love kittens. I wouldnt worry about moving them to a different box for awhile, that might make her start picking them up and moving them all the time if you do. |

I got to hold the babies today!! I couldnt figure out what sex they are though..there is a super tiny one..so sweet aww!! One question an expert might be able to help me with..I have seen a couple FLEAS on the kittens!! I am contantly checking my dogs and cats for fleas and have yet to find one this year so this is a bad sign!! What can I do for the kittens?? I know they are way toooooooooooo young for flea meds..and I dont think I can put any on Flower can I? I know fleas can make baby kittens anemic if there are too many so for now I am just picking them off as I see them but I know they lay a zillion eggs..what should I do????? Dawn | |

oh no! well what i would do it take mom and put some frontline plus on her. It is approved for nursing mothers and shouldn't harm the kittens. Next i'd take the box and kittens into the bathroom. wash each kitten with warm water and a 50/50 mixture of dawn dish soap and water. i'd make sure you have nice warm towels right out of the dryer to dry them with. give them a new box with clean towels to sleep cuddle up in and bring them back to mom who will probably be screaming the entire time you have them away from her. i've done this with mothers and litters that come into the animal shelter and they are always fine afterwards. oh and vacuum the room where flower is in to suck up any fleas that may be in the carpet. wash any other blankets that are in the room too. good luck. hope you get them all.
