I am very sorry for your loss.... we went through this over the summer with our 16 year old Boston... my Buddy.... he is with us everyday!

My heart goes out to you! This past summer we had to put down our 12yr old Malamute\Shepard because he developed a basketball size tumor on his side. It started to affect his eating so we knew it was time. We had 2 days to say our goodbyes. I had to take him myself because my husband couldn't stand to be there. I didn't want him put down without one of us there with him, holding him and petting him. I knew it was for the best but it was still very hard on the heart

I know what your going through and I will be thinking off you today.....this is such an emotionally draining thing we sometimes have to do....no matter how much we know it needs to be done there is always some guilt .....I'm so sorry for your loss....R.I.P. precious Paddy

Thanks everyone. I told my mom that I posted on YT and that lots and lots of people were thinking of us and praying for our family, and with tears in eyes asked me to tell everyone thank you. It was really hard taking her to the vet yesterday, and she was held all the way to the end. I know that right now, she is playing with my grandma and grandpa, and my brother Jody and they are all at the lake swimming and having a great big bar b q and she is playing fetch with all the little dead animals up in heaven.

I know she's having more fun than we are down here.

I was just checking in on you.....It's so sad for Paddy....I would expect Cane and Cleo are missing her also......it's quite an adjustment for everyone, wishing you all the best......
