Yes, those power naps can be very helpful.
It sounds weird, but if you can use a board or something like that and take you power nap with your head slightly lower than your feet, it works wonders!

No, I tried an over the counter natural remedy pill but I was wide awake and so full of energy at 2 in the morning that I had to get up and pace the floors for 2 hours so I gave them up. I do plan to go back to the dr. in a couple of months though...I just had surgery in May so once everything adjusts again I'm going to go see her for something.

I can't sleep with my head lower than my feet. Since I had the food poisoning thing I have to sleep elevated so I use 3 pillows...I sleep kind of like I'm laying in a recliner...helps keep my stomach in line.

BRB, gotta get something to drink, let tink out AGAIN, and get some nail polish remover to get this burgandy off my nails. I'm wearing purple tomorrow and that's too much power for my little director to handle! LOL

I've always love animals, not just dogs and cats, but all animals and I think working with them is more rewarding and fulfilling than working with humans sometimes.
I'm the kind of person that if I sees a dead squirrel or a opossum on the road. I stop, pick a branch or a bag (I alwasy have plastic bags in the truck) and put them on the side or on the median so that they doon't keep gettin run over and dismember...
Also if I see an injured animal I try to render help or find help to either make them recover or put them out of their misery... I think animals is my call

OMgoodness...you sound just like me! My husband hit a squirrel once right after we got married and I made him pick it up, take it home and bury it. We really couldn't avoid hitting the little guy...I felt really bad. I can't stand to go over something that's already been hit either...it just seems disrespectful or something!

Good for you. When I see an animal on the road, it's all I can do to not throw up.
