None. I share one with my Mum cuz I have nowhere to store one till I move. I clean the carpet regularly though and attack stains straight away

Well I have a canaster type bissell, an upright one that heats the water and I also have a little portable one,lol! Ok I'm beginnning to sound ocd too,lol.

I would suggest investing in a good carpet cleaner though that heats the water for you. Industrial ones are worth hiring once in a while too. Get marks and spots up ASAP when you notice them. Make sure to blend in your clean patch with the rest of the carpet too otherwise it'll show worse than a stain. I also recommend getting hold of a book by Kim and Aggie who do How Clean Is Your House. I believe they do the show in the US now too. They have some AMAZING tips on marks, stains and alsorts. I regularly use a powder based de-ordouriser on my carpets throughout the appartment too, (probably once a week but you have to keep it away from pets while it's down) and that reduced the amount of potty accidents from Gypsy too and also kills mites and stuff in the carpet.

Wel other than that book it looks like I am all set

I do have a Great Cleanner I got last month. it works well but I do have some old sains that need alot of work. The DH thinks it is a waste of time because the carpet is old.. so I told him to replace it for me then

Yeah, ours heats the water too, it's a much better idea than using the traditional ones. I've got a small handheld carpet cleaner and it's great but some marks it can't touch compared to doing them by hand.

mine is the PROheat turbo I wanted to get the spot bot too

Maybe you could convince him that he should replace the carpet or hire a professional to come in and steam clean it... ALTHOUGH, I would wait till Pixie is fully toilet trained.

I don't think we will ever be fully trained..... I am thinking of getting tile everywhere
