|  Teri, I see you posted me in all my ugliness! S'allright. My dog loves me and that's what counts. Well, my daughter loves me too. LOL  OK guys I have to go on a huge fast diet to get some weight off before my surgery. Which of the millions of diets out there shall I try?

It worked last time until I went on that nasty prednisone. Shouldn't call it nasty - it keeps me movin'. Maybe South Beach. I hear it's alot like Atkins except you can have fruit.
