I do use that bike every morning and almost every evening. If I didn't, I wouldn't be able to walk at all!
Ho hum. Maybe I'll do the Atkins again. It worked last time until I went on that nasty prednisone. Shouldn't call it nasty - it keeps me movin'.
Maybe South Beach. I hear it's alot like Atkins except you can have fruit.
