ut-oh.....I don't know if I should say this.....but is this the thread killer post???? I finally read some of it and I think that I am a thread killer if not killing this thread:confused::(:eek: Don't mean to be but I can remember times when I was the almost the only one who posted or the last one who posted. I'm here too...gosh, I've been doing some heavy duty praying for Tink all day. Susie, you and Tink are in my thoughts. Hoping for signs of improvement with Tink...I so hope our prayers will be answered.

Thanks you guys. Knowing that so many care about us and are praying helps me so much. Even though the day was fairly positive, I'm kind of depressed tonight.

I think it's that I'm so lonely without my Tinkerbrat. It's time for her to be doing the zoomies around the living room and down the hall.

Thanks Lori. My mind is going 90 mph thinking about Tink and the future. Fortunately my life is pretty full of "stuff", so I can keep busy. But the evenings after all the "stuff" are hard. Fortunately since I'm singing tomorrow on worship team that means I have to go to bed early so I can get up at 5am to get ready and be at church by 6:30. So I'll have less time to think. If I can get to sleep that is.:rolleyes:

Even when they are sleeping in their beds, it is such a comfort knowing they are close by, isn't it? I miss Charlie during the day, and can't wait to walk in the door at night. The time between Sophie and Charlie was so empty, so I understand your longing for Tink. Do you keep her picture on your nightstand? Sleep with something of hers, Susie. Take good care and remember, her angels are watching over the both of you. Warmly, Deborah

PS How far away is Tink? Miles? Can you call and say goodnight to her?

I did go back to see Tink this evening after rehearsal. She was the same. Just laying on her little pad. She looked at me but I don't think she saw me. She turned her head a little when I talked to her but that was all.

She got some physical therapy this evening tho. She's gonna have it several times a day. Bless her little limp self.

Tink sleeps with me on top of the covers, next to my tummy, so I turn over very carefully in the night so I don't squish her. It funny you would say sleep with something of hers. I did take her blankie to bed with me last night. It smells of her.:)

The vet school is about 14 miles away on the other side of town - so about a 30 minute drive. I didn't think of calling to say goodnight! If I asked Barb for her cell no. I bet she'd give it to me.:D

She is at the Vet School. they'll keep her until her seizures are under control. Barb is her vet tech on second shift and she is also the Vet's wife who is going to take her home when she's ready.

I'll ask her tomorrow when I see her. Good suggestion Deborah!

Sleeping with her blankie - that is so sweet.

Tinka sleeps by my tummy, too. If I turn over she will hop over me so she can stay by my tummy. No matter how many times I turn over - she is always by my tummy. :) Maybe it's cause of all the fat there - it keeps her warmer.:yelrotflm Of course Miss Jolie sleeps on a pillow next to my head. :) Sometimes she will rest her head on my shoulder.

I know if any of mine were gone, it would be so different around here. With you having only one, your apartment must seem awfully quiet. Maybe you could get one of those Rumba (?)vacuums and it would go all over your floor and make noise and you could trip over it - just like a dog!!!:animal-pa:animal-pa:animal-pa:aimeeyork

You're too funny Teri! Tink does that too - moves wherever my tummy is! Yeah, I really need a rumba to trip over.:rolleyes::D Can't even manage to stand up on my own anymore!:p
