Yep. A men's tube sock works best. Fill it 2/3 full of rice and then tie off the end tight. heat it for 2 mintues and then put a hand towel or kitchen towel under it and put on the sore place.

Actually yes it will skortch if you heat it too long. After many heatings, it starts to break down and get really crumbly so you have to open the sock and replace the rice.

Hmmm I don't know what happened.

My hair is growing back. It doesn't look too awful. I think it will be OK for the wedding. Short - but OK. I still am having some pretty nasty headaches thoughl. I hope they get better soon.
