Good morning! Is anyone out there?

Hey Kathy, remember Morkie4? Her son lives near Dallas now and she's coming up in October to see him for a week. Some of the MalteseTalk peeps are going to Dallas to meet her. I'm excited. Even though neither of us posts much on YT I've kept in touch with her on MT. It will be fun!

I'm here Susie!!! Of course I remember her, gee that sounds like a fun time. Sure hope you have an enjoyable visit...please tell her I said "hi and I hope all is well in her world".

I've been thinking about you, how's it going now with your new foster...are you able to walk her yet with the new harness?

I got a Gentle Leader harness for Tala and I can walk her in the back yard just fine on it. I haven't tried taking her out on the sidewalk yet cause I'm waiting for the neighbors to be home just in case I have trouble.

She's fitting in just fine. She really enjoys the back yard and romps around in it with Tinkerbelle every morning and afternoon. When they both are doing the zoomies it's really funny to watch.

She loves my daughter and gets so excited when she comes over with the baby. She's very good with Caleb too - very patient and protective but I still keep a close watch on them when he's close to her. You can't be too careful!

I'm waiting for the rescue group to call me about her heartworm treatment. She's positive for them so we have to get the injections and she has to be crated with no activity for 6 weeks! That's gonna be hard but we'll get through it. I need to start reading up on it so I'm prepared.'

How is Winston doing? Tink sends him a little face lick.

Winston is doing pretty well, he finally got his dental done that I had scheduled and canceled too many times...his teeth look so pretty now and they didn't have to pull any. Not too bad for 9 years old, I guess.
Happy to hear your two are getting along so well. I'm sure it's a real treat to watch them together. Winston send kisses to them both...but extra sloppy ones for Tink!!!

Hmmm, Tala snapped at Tinkerbelle last night and again this morning. I yelled "no" at her this morning and she was repentant. I don't think she will bite her; I think she was just putting her in her place but now I'll need to watch them closely to see.

Otherwise, all is well in my little world.
