Morning all. I am back.. Went to RI to check out the Univ. RI. Came home Sat night. My son has decided that's where's he's going was accepted to U Conn and U Mass too. So how is everyone?

I'm back! No he never said anything.. I asked and he said.. " You'll know what you can and can't do." I drove my car last night,, first time cause it's a stick.. had been driving Jims beamer, much more comfortable, leather seats. i can slide better, my car has cloth seats, where my butt lands is where it stays.
Anyhow, Dr. said " when ya wanna go back to work?" I said " Yesterday." He laughed, and said " It looks fine, healing well,and I'm a quick healer." So come back in 2 months.

WOW...Gina beat all of us on this morning...what is the world coming to??

Sneri...is this your oldest that is a Sr? Congratulations on him choosing a school! Are you excited?? I was so sad when my oldest went off to college, but now that it is time for the 2nd one to go...well lets just say Love him to death, but it is time to go!! Does your son have "senioritis" yet? Mine does big time! Of course, I think he has had it since 2nd grade ! I remember when he had just started 1st grade. He came home one day and I was asking him about his day and he said "Mom, I'll go ahead and finish this year, but don't sign me up for next!!" 1ST GRADE....thought to myself...oh it is going to be a long 12 years and IT HAS but yipee...5 more weeks!!
Actually, that is one of my favorite stories to tell of cute things they said growing up!! We always told them regarding sports that it was their decision if they wanted to play or not, but once they committed to play and we signed them up, they could not quit, so I guess he thought that rule applied to school also!! He was comitted to 1st grade, but just don't sign him up for 2nd!!

My gyn owns a rolls royce, plus the jaguar and the mercedes convertible...I told him "it's nice to see what my money's paying for". I get this look from him too...go figure

Congrats to both of ya for getting their butts through school. BM, your story reminds me of my neighbor's kid....she signed him up for pre-school...on the second day, he informed her...he'd learn ALL he NEEDED to know and didn't have to go back

He said , I'm a quick healer, not him..silly.

Should have got copies of the tumor.pictures.. to post for ya.. was bigger than Mom had said... Big and gross.. had about 6 shots of it. Ewww.
He trimmed my fishing line I have sticking out, that itched me beyond belief, and sent me on my way.

Ya should've had him preserve it...place it on your mantle as a trophy. Dumpster diving grandma had a friend who had gall stones removed....carried them around in a little jar....kinda of looked like tiger eye. Lovely, I tell ya...guess she figured she'd paid to get them removed...no need to leave 'em at the doctor's office
