I more or less made her take this. It teaches you how to balance a check book, calculate interest, monthly payments, how to invest money to earn money. They had to make a budget and learn to live within it. Unfortunately...they only ended up in the hall when they got evicted for not paying the rent.

Off to graduation I go I will breathe a big sigh of relief when (if) they call my sons name tonight...he pushed it to the very end with English...but the 94 on the cannibal video gave him the boost that he needed...anyhoo...long story short the stupid school he goes to gave him credit for a required class he didn't take...I called the school at the start of this year and told them he had to take that class...they said..Oh don't worry about that he has already taken that class he has credit for it....told them nope look again...yes maam he has credit for that class it is taken care of After talking with 3 guidance counselors they showed me he had the credit I asked them well can't it dissapear as mysteriously as it appeared? No maam once it is in there it can't be taken out Anyhoo...my nightmare has been that on the day of graduation they go "Oops guess what" So at 8:00 tonight when they call his name...I going to go like this even though they ask you very nicely to not be obnoxious when your childs name is called! (JK I will not on the outside just the inside)

Hmmmm, your light is still on.

And I think every parent breathes a sigh of relief when they hear their kid's name called at graduation....don't on the outside...go ahead be obnoxious...they only graduate once from HS...do your part...embarass him.

You all better get drunk (even Gina) if AK posts my singing! Even THAT won't make it sound good. Now dd is trying to tell me, no, now that she "thinks" about it, she didn't send the wrong one to AK. She is sure she only sent her own. A slow, painful death is in her very near future!

Want to hear my fortune cookie story? (Don't I always have a story?)
Used to work with this older woman who was very prissy. You couldn't say anything in front of her. (butt, crap, nothing) or you would get attitude. so, one night we ordered chinese food. I opened her cookie and inserted my own fortune. (Went through about 5 before I did it without breaking) Anyway, it was filthy, if I must say so myself. We made sure she got that one and when she read it her head almost blew off of her body. She was stomping around and "how dare they?" and "I'm going to call this place and give them a piece of my mind" and she was reporting them. (to whom, I could not tell you).

we got a great laugh out of it. She never did find out it was me. Well, I'm sure she knew, but she never said anything to me about it.

I second that see YOU did need the butt crack smiley afterall. I will do the same thing in two weeks.

DD just got the art award.... . That offically makes all 3 of my kids winning the art award. They may not be able to spell but heck they sure can draw....

MIddle son still at swim/picnic, in the pouring rain and it's a whopping 60 degrees outside only 4 hrs left..

DD only got 5 pages of homework tonight. I see the teacher is cutting back with only 1 full day of school left.

I have been told by my kids please don't sing.. I am not allowed to sing in the car. At home. When DD was about 3 she told me Mommy please don't sing to me anymore. It's really bad. In dancing school we were going to sing with our dance until teacher heard.. WHOLE class sung like me. Needless to say we aren't allowed to sing there either.

Teri love the fortune cookie story. Reagan from the exorcist came to mind with that one.

We still have our grave rubbing report due. Did part II yesterday. Need historical marker rubbings. We got the battle of SPANKTOWN .. Teri did you know that Rahway Park was called SPANKTOWN during the revolutionary war. Kinda makes you think maybe those Puritans weren't soo PURE afterall.

No, I did not know that! That's what happens when your district spends the last 2 weeks of school watching videos! DD told me marking period ends on Friday. So WTH are they going to do all next week?

Oh boy oh boy oh boy....me and Bonnie got a visit from the man in the brown truck...he brought a present!!

Youngest called me on the way home from work...Can I open it No...not til I get home...we have to take pictures That pretty much confirmed it for them...I'm over the edge Told them..you don't understand...I might get kicked off YT if I don't take pics

Deb sent Bonnie a belated Birthday present (belated because her bad Mommy doesn't know when her bday is )...Freeze dried Ice Cream (which gets a from the 15 yr old & Bonnie) a cupcake toy (which she is already squeaking) and some Peanut butter animal snackers treats! And I got a and one of the famous Yorkie Kitchen Towel (which the 15 yr old looks at and says...it has Bonnie's name on it..No son, that says bone...not Bonnie it's going to be another 3 long years ) and a nice card from Deb! It is always nice to get a surprise visit from the big brown truck!!
