OMG I used to have nightmares about forgetting the baby

I also confess that is totally an "other side of the pond thing".

There was a woman here not too long ago (foreign) who left her baby outsider of the restaurant by the window they were seated at. She was arrested. It is strongly frowned upon here

Thing is, mum's 'little incident' happened 60+ years ago now.....and I don't think anyone would have stolen her....she was quite an ugly baby... !!

I confess I don't really know .....but I don't think mum did it on purpose - all mum's think their kids are lovely, don't they?!!? I don't think she'd have got much for her if she'd sold her though......

I confess I thought you meant something different. She didn;t purposely leave her outside the baker's window to shop?

This woman said (and I had remembered hearing) that in Europe they eat dinner and leave the prams outside of the restaurant with the babies so they can get some air

Oh dear...No, the pram was too big to get through the door, so she parked her outside. She did what she had to do...and then went home!! Isn't that dreadful?!!? Don't forget - it was a completely different world then though.

I don't really know what the common practice is for leaving your babies outside in Europe as such, but I do know we Brits generally don't! There are always loads of dogs tied up outside shops though....

Oh boy, I just threw a few washable pee pads in with my whites..not seperate, I did put the cycle on Whitest Whites and the sanitize too...
