Oh dear...No, the pram was too big to get through the door, so she parked her outside. She did what she had to do...and then went home!!
Isn't that dreadful?!!? Don't forget - it was a completely different world then though.
I don't really know what the common practice is for leaving your babies outside in Europe as such, but I do know we Brits generally don't! There are always loads of dogs tied up outside shops though....
