I know! I'm back... A couple web things slowed down, also rcvd a few call backs from YT members... Fishing prep is less now, just catching, or sorta a routine developed that allows more time elsewhere, here.

Tonight's game is over, Seahawks won! They're looking good going into the season.

On today's walk, went to the lake, Gucci surprised the crap out of me..... he swam! I thought he would never swim! He got excited about some ducks in the water, he swam towards them then turned around and came back. I was ready to jump in! LOL Couldn't get the camera on fast enough so just smiled and enjoyed the view once I could see he was doing just fine. He actually swam for about 60 seconds. WINNING!

Oh, after the swim, we were sitting in the sun, on the grass, I heard a kid tell his mom, "look an EAGLE!" I got a hand on the dog and looked up, it was circling right above us, out of my peripheral view... on went his collar, it's time to go! Wow!

We did have a very good day! Today, another walk and later, a Filipino party. Always lots of food... Looking forward to having goat again! LOL only time I get it is at these family parties, my better half's family.

I've created a monster! Gucci spent some time today jumping around in mid chest level black mud. About a 1/4 mile walk around to clean water to wash off... he didn't swim but he's loving this wet stuff right now. What a change....

Winning! Yes, Gucci is his name... true name... I call him something new every day in baby talk gibberish, he seems to like it, Bug Bug, Boo Boo, Chuckles, Mud Blood, Squirrel, Hamster, lots more..... I haven't used Crab Bait in quite a while but it is a good one! LOL Looking in his eyes while we walk or sit around the house, the right vocal tone just makes his eyes sparkle.... He still loves Mama best but I think I come in at a close second.... ok... maybe not so close but second none the less.

Good memory! Winning! Gucci, he came with the name, we thought about changing it, we kept it. Mama's choice but I'm the one that takes him out in public every day or so when he feels good, most days... so... I call him what ever keeps that twinkle in his eyes. His walks start real slow nearly every day... it's like he needs a warm up period or something the first half mile or so.... Once he loosens up, he takes the lead and walks at a good clip until he gets distracted by a smell.... "oh look, squirrel!" LOL if he goes too fast, he loses steam then I carry him for a few minutes.

Taking a couple days off... Have fun this week!
