I ban VL for allowing yourself to get run down over the holidays. A dedicated banner learns to pace him or herself, so you don't run out of gas on the most important days to ban: Christmas and New Year's. Bans on those days are like a punch in the stomach, which makes them even sweeter.

I ban Kristy, two days before Christmas, to illustrate what it feels like -- your legs go weak, you have trouble breathing, you try to talk and nothing comes out. Well, at least that's what all my victims say.

And on the day before Christmas, the One Wise Dictator rode in to Banlehem on a sleigh pulled by 100 Yorkies to find he had successfully ridden the town of riff-raff. He proclaimed Peace on Earth, Badwill Toward Riff-Raff.
