Even though someone may upset me with a post, I try to form as unemotional and tactful a response as I can. If I can't find a way to do that, I don't post. This doesn't leave a whole lot to talk about does it? People are going to have different opinions, we can't avoid all controversy, but we can be civil or try to be civil. IMHO

That's what I'm trying to say. We all have to learn to keep it nice, but we also have to be honest.

I also think breeding is a particularly touchy, but very important part of YT.
A lot of people aren't going to hear what they want to hear there. I do think breeders need to be told not to breed 2 pound females, etc. I think they need to be told in a way that they'll listen to it, and not just get angry because they're being attacked.

For example, I bought Max from a pet store that deals with puppy mills. I don't think I was ever attacked since I've come onto YT because I went the puppy mill way first. I learned the right way to approach buying a dog. I then began pming breeders, posting threads, reading the Breeding forums, and so on and got tremendous help and support in buying Gracie Leigh. I am so grateful for the help and support I got. If I had been attacked, I don't know if I would have stayed on YT and learned all that I did.

If someone wants to breed their dog WHO CARES!!! it's their dog their choice..

If someone wants a 2 lb teacup WHO CARES!!! it's their dog their choice..

if someone wants to buy from one vender,
if someone doesn't like some treats, WHO CARES!!! it's their dog their choice..

I think everyone should really sit and think about where you would be without YT right now how many have had life changing benifits from being here and being able to learn.. I for one am thankful fore this site and the people here but if it keeps going this way there will be no good info to learn from because everyone will be to afraid to ask it:mad: :( :thumbdown

Please don't ridicule me for posting this i just feel that it needs to be brought to our attention again that we are people behind the screen and we do have feelings.
