I live right down the street from my gym... and I only make it there twice a week. lol. If my friend doesn't go with me, then I usually slack off. It's a lot easier to go when you do it with a buddy.

As soon as I get back from vacation I am going on a diet too. I want to lose about 10 lbs

Yes, it def. is. I have a friend that I would like to go work out with, since shes the only one that will. But our schedules are totally opposite, so its really hard for us. Maybe once a month we will meet up and go walking, thats very rare for us to be able to do that though.

I have IBS too!! i don't do 3 miles a day...but that is what he did

I do about a mile if I am walking my subdivision. 2-3 miles if i go to the walking trail (which we do every saturday morning)

I prob need to take the dogs to the dog park, theres a really big walking trail around there, its atleast a mile. I should do that on the weekend too!

you know, it is GREAT. We go for a nice walk and then take the dogs to the baseball field and let them run wild

sometimes we do the baseball field FIRST and then go for the walk. but either way, they love it. and it is good for all of us

Yeah, it would be. Then they will come home and sleep and you can relax. I am going to do that this Saturday!! Thanks for that idea.

it is so neat to say to the dogs "ready to go to the park" and they all get worked up and excited
