Update on Workout:) I quit my running.. really bad I know. But I have kept up with the crunches, 200 a day. Drinking only water, which I really like now. And eating healthy, except yesterday I had Arby's french fries. AND.... I lost ONE pound, its not a lot, but I will get there:) It has been 4 days. |
CONGRATS! It may not be your goal weight loss but ur on ur way! keep it up...I know how hard it it to lose weight, some of us are born with that "skinny" gene unfortunately it skipped me LOL |
That's great news. I have 10 to lose and have been working out too. |
haha.. lol. I am little, but I need to get my stomach back in shape. I have not been eating right.. so I just want to loose 5 lbs, not much. |

Good job!!! I am trying to loose 25 before my wedding next year but I am not sure it is going to work. I run on the treadmill for 20 minutes but then I do the weight machines. So I am getting more muscle and that doesn't help with my weight. Oh well, the way I see it is, as long as you feel healthy and are happy that is what really matters. I drink water all the time too. I used to hate it but all that soda is bad for you. Sometimes I put a Crystal Light packet for something different. Good Luck!!!! |

I live in a private road with only 6 ppl, so I was using that as my treadmill. I think I am going to start walking instead of running. So that way I can take the dogs with me:) |

CONGRATS :) I don't run unless I am being chased...and fear for my life LOL but i love going for walks (which I hear help you lose weight more than running does...but it's all opinion I guess LOL) 200 crunches?? wow...maybe i should try that :) that is my most needed area...my lower abs. I am super flabby there :) and my thighs. i look pretty good when I am dressed...but in a bikini or naked :eek: :eek: :eek: not so much LOL good luck to you!!! I think i will start a "losing weight together" thread...so we can all encourage each other. What do you think???? |

3 miles a day.. don't know if I will be able to last..lol. Maybe 1 mile?? I have been doing high fiber stuff,because I have IBS so thats what they reccommend, so I am use to that. |
